How We Form Leaders

Through a proven journey that transforms leaders from the inside out - forming the habits, character, and vision needed to build cultures of trust, unity, and shared purpose.

Participants progress through three dimensions of excellence:

  • Personal Excellence – mastering self-leadership and purpose.
  • Ethical Excellence – developing sound judgment and moral courage.
  • Organizational Excellence – creating cultures where people and organizations flourish.

The Journey to Excellence Program is:

A 16-week cohort-based leadership formation experience featuring video instruction, guided weekly  discussion, practical application, and leadership formation resources.

#1 Schedule a 30 Minute Call

Meet with a member of the Magis Center team who will answer all your questions about the Journey to Excellence program and help you determine if it’s a good fit for you and your organization.

 

#2 Join a Live Cohort

You will participate in weekly, 1 hour, live classes with a small cohort of up to six other leaders.

 

#3 Join a Peer Group (Optional)

Protect your investment by working alongside leaders of other organizations to deepen your understanding of the journey to excellence content and share best practices to infuse it into the culture of your organization.
